Returns Policy:

Please notify us by email or over the phone as soon as possible if there is a problem with the product you got. We’ll let you know how many days you have remaining to send the goods back to our office beforehand.

The return delivery expense will be compensated by us in case:

  1. The item you received was damaged.
  2. Your merchandise arrived damaged.
  3. The product you got doesn’t match the one on the website. 
  4. You are unhappy with the product’s quality

You will be liable for return delivery costs if one of the following factors applies:

  • If you are not interested in the product anymore
  • You cancel the product when it has already been delivered
  • Size or Fit issue

The following situations require us to accept items and issue refunds:

  1. If the product you received is defective
  2. In the event that we are unable to fulfill the delivery of the ordered goods,
  3. You got the wrong item, size, or color. 
  4. In the event that we are unable to provide a replacement
  5. Damage to products sustained during transit
  6. Goods lost during transit
